Oat, Cranberry, & Dark Chocolate Protein Bites

These are one of my favorites. They’re super simple to throw together and snack on throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup chia or flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredient together, roll into balls (about the size of a ping pong ball). Keep refrigerated.
